Preparation Preheat broiler. Spray a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse trout and pat dry. Arrange fillets in prepared pan. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pan Seared Lemon Pepper Rainbow Trout recipe. A lovely and simple meal thats ready in 20 minutes. Perfect with a simple salad and using any remaining pan juices as a dressing in summer. In winter, it would be great with creamy mashed potato (or cauliflower mash!).
