Easy enough for weeknights and pretty enough for the potluck, this raspberry twist on our classic Strawberry-Pretzel Salad is irresistible. This triple layer delight gets its saltiness from its crushed pretzel crust, while a cream cheese-Cool Whip-raspberry layer and Jell-O topping deliver its fresh flavor. Timesaving tip: If you’re using frozen raspberries, you don’t need to thaw them before serving!
This twist on a traditional pretzel salad is everything we’ve ever wanted in a summertime dessert: pretty, pleasing and perfect for the potluck. To make this recipe, you’ll need one six-ounce package of Jell-O raspberry-flavored gelatin, boiling water, mini pretzels, butter, sugar, cream cheese, thawed whipped topping, vanilla extract, and fresh or frozen raspberries.
Raspberry Pretzel Jello - this was fantastic and well received by everyone at the party I took it to. you could easily replace the jell-o/fruit layer with any combination of strawberry, mandarin orange, etc. Next time I make this I will double the ingredients for the pretzel and cream cheese layer though - the fruit overpowered the other flavors.
Mandarin Orange Pretzel Dessert - This classic dessert features a crunchy pretzel crust, a creamy center, and silky top with mandarin oranges and orange flavored gelatin. Perfect for a summer luncheon!
