Raw Chocolate Sauce RecipeGluten, egg, dairy, and refined sugar-free Makes approx 1/4 cup 2Tb coconut oil melted 4 Tb maple syrup or raw honey 3 Tb raw cacao powder (or regular cocoa powder if you don’t have) 1 tsp vanilla Mix until smooth. If it's too think warm up in a bowl of hot water.
Raw Chocolate Bars - Makes 1/2 c. raw chocolate 1/2 c. coconut oil, melted 6 heaping Tbs of raw cacao powder (or regular unsweetened cocoa powder will do, if you don’t have cacao) 1/4 cup of maple syrup pinch of salt Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl. Pour into a chocolate mold. Freeze for 15 minutes or until set. Store raw chocolate in fridge until ready to use.
