And TODAY Mitt says it's a "tax." (Tuesday it was a "penalty.") ---> Mitt Romney on Wednesday made another attempt at clarifying his view of the recent Supreme Court decision on President Obama’s health-care reform law, saying the punishment for failing to purchase insurance is a tax – not a penalty fine. Since flip-flopping typically isn't a strategy which defeats Marxists, looks like boots-on-the-ground are going to have to do it for him. Good grief.
