Dragon Fruit Layered Delights by @bysaber   Simple recipe: 1. For the pink layers she blended frozen bananas and chunks of red dragon fruit aka pitaya. 2. She topped it off with light coconut cream, raspberry clusters (stored bought) and mini dragon balls that she scooped out of a white dragon ball using a melon baller. Enjoy! #bestofvegan
