Creamy bow tie pasta - yum. I made this a few nights ago and threw in roasted red peppers, zucchini & summer squash (sauteed). I added several more "dashes" of pepper flakes and also a few dashes of cayenne along with a few more random seasonings. We like spicy! Super yummy, will definitely make again and again. :)

Roasted tomato and pepper sauce - Done in 30 min, active time only 5 min! 8 roma tomatoes, 2 red bell peppers, 1 small onion, 5 garlic cloves. Roast at 425 degrees for 20 min. Rest outside of oven, covered, for 5 min. Peel off skin from peppers and tomatoes. Transfer everything to a deep bowl, including drippings, and add 5 leafs of fresh basil.
