@Annell Ackley - strawberry-jam - this looks easy & no cooking. You do need to store in refrigerator/freezer. You control the sugar! If you just have to have something sweet. Great to mix in yogurt.

How to Make Old-Fashioned Jams—Really Simple. Great easy direstions, only thing missing is he says to boil jars to sterilize, but don't boil your lids. You need to get them clean and hot, but boiling lids ruins the seal.

Ok I've actually made this recipe and it is by far the BEST BISCUIT recipe I've ever made. Though I'm not sure if it's this specific recipe or this trick I learned. Use butter and use a cheese grater to shred the butter!
