Being the second most practiced religion in South Korea, Christianity predominated constituted by communities of people who follow Protestantism (korean: renewed teaching) and Catholicism (korean: Religion of the Lord of Heaven) with 8.6 million members and 5.3 million members as of 2005. The religion is popular enough that many architectures are built for that community. For exmaple the Myungsung Church in Seoul.
