Cranberry, Walnut & Sweet Potato Wild Rice Pilaf. Very good stuff. I roasted butternut squash and sweet potatoes for this. Be sure to slightly undercook next time so they're not mushy. Without the Bacon, it's vegan, make sure you use vegetable broth!
