Grandma's Rice Pudding Recipe:with its custard-like layer on the top. We added a 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, just our taste. We enjoyed warm or cold, with milk. So easy and a great way to use up leftover rice.
Simple farm house rice pudding 2 c. cooked rice 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (if you want) Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, and stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can sprinkle with cinnamon
