Pumpkin & Ricotta Stuffed Shells. Emily note These were awesome! I increased the amount of pumpkin in the filling & added ground turkey seasoned with oregano. Next time, try seasoning tomato sauce & added pumpkin puree instead of tomato basil marinara.
Pumpkin & Ricotta Stuffed Shells - Made and loved! So easy, so delicious. Notes: Made a white cheesy sauce instead of using tomato sauce, covered shells with sauce before baking, added extra cheese on top during last 15 minutes of baking. Amazing! (Tara)
