This easy broccoli, rice, and chicken casserole is topped with a buttery Ritz cracker crust. This meal comes together in less than 45 minutes and it takes one bowl and one casserole dish! Put this together ahead of time and pop it in the oven when you get home from work!
Ritz Chicken Casserole. One of my fav recipes from Chris' aunt! Put 6 (raw) boneless chicken breasts in 9x13 pan. Mix 8 oz of sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken, & 1/4 cup of white cooking wine. Pour over chicken breasts. Crush 1 cylinder/pack of Ritz crackers, sprinkle over chicken. Melt 1/2 cup of butter & drizzle over crackers. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1.5 hours. May need to cover it if crackers are getting too dry.
