3 c powdered sugar 2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 tsp salt 3 extra large egg whites 1 tbsp vanilla 2 c chips 2.5 oz sliced almonds, toasted 1 c mini marshmallows 350 degrees line with parchment paper. powdered sugar and cocoa powder. add salt. Add the egg & vanilla Add chips and almonds. Scoop onto pan & add 4-5 marshmallows on top Freeze for 5 min. 12-13 min.
Rocky Road Cookies OMG not enough adjectives to tell you how good these are! 100 Stars! If you need a chocolate fix this is the cookie! I substituted walnuts vs the almonds and put in 2 cups - I think I could have put more. Recommends sticking in freezer, which you want to do or else you get a more crisp cookie vs the gooey goodness these are. My last batch I put the marshmallows directly in batter vs on top and thought they were great! SUCH A GOOD COOKIE and chocolate overload!
