Tonight I worked out!! After work I went for a 30 minute walk (that involved a shit ton of stairs, oh my word!) then I came home, made my lunch for tomorrow and did this little workout I made! There is a 2nd workout to go with it but I didn’t do that one. Very derby centric, focusing mostly on lower body plus core strength.
