Rosa Luxemburg 1886 was Luxembourg, active in the Polish Workers Party "Proletariat". was one of the first organizations in Europe who organized a major strike. Because of the strike were executed leader of the party and the party was officially dissolved. Some subgroups acted still in secret. Luxembourg joined one of these groups. In 1889, she was close to be discovered by the police, but managed to escape to Switzerland. In Switzerland, Luxembourg began to study at Zurich University
