Runzas (Bierocks) . The original beef & cabbage filled rolls brought to Nebraska by immigrants. This has the original type of dough but can be easily made of frozen bread dough if you wish. Fun to make - you might want to double and freeze.

Swiss Mushroom Runza Casserole. Very close to the Runza casserole recipe that I already make, but with mushrooms! I think I'd have to use cabbage rather than sauerkraut, though.
