The Saint Lawrence Seaway (St. Lawrence Seaway), (French: la Voie Maritime du Saint-Laurent), is the common name for a system of locks, canals and channels that permits ocean-going vessels to travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Great Lakes, as far inland as the western end of Lake Superior.
In the Saint Lawrence Seaway, there is an area called, 1,000 Islands (it actually contains over 1800 islands). In this area, there are many interesting dwellings. I hope you are able to go one day and tour the area yourself. In the meantime, I will pin a few of the more interesting houses here for your viewing pleasure.
