Fresh Salsa. Made with 4lbs of tomatoes from my garden plus a 28 oz strained can of petite diced tomatoes, 2 jalapenos (1 whole, 1 seeded) didn't use the Anaheim pepper but I did add all the spices listed plus an 1/8 tsp of cumin. I processed all of the ingredients to smooth consistency except the tomatoes, then threw them in and pulsed so it would be somewhat chunky...DELICIOUS!
