Hidden Valley Ranch Holiday Sausage Stars. My standard New Year's Eve finger food. I LOVE these but don't have mini muffin tins to make 'em in... trying to decide if I'll give em a try anyway or not. :/

Amazingly delicious superbowl side dish, ranch sausage stars, are great to serve during any party or game!

Sausage Stars....amazingly easy and gone in seconds when served at any party!

Sausage Stars pound pork sausage 1 ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese 1 ¼ cup grated Monterrey jack cheese 1 cup prepared ranch dressing 1 small can black olives, sliced (optional) 1 tsp. ground red pepper (or to taste) 1 package wonton wrappers

To serve a few guest you can make these Ranch Sausage Stars in a regular size muffin pans, or to serve them as an appetizer like I did, or you can make them in mini muffin pans.  They hold up well to take somewhere as well as easy to heat up just before you serve them. - www.cookingwithk.net

Hidden Valley Ranch Sausage Stars--I am adding a few favorite Hidden Valley recipes for this contest, though not required it is always fun to pin items that the sponsor wants to see.

1 pkg won ton wrappers, 1 lb sausage (cook, crumble), 1 1/2c Monterey Jack grated, 1 1/2c sharp cheddar grated, 1c  prepared hidden valley ranch salad dressing, 1/2 c red pepper chopped - Lightly grease muffin tin, press one wonton wrapper in each cup. Spray with oil. Bake at 350 degrees 5 min or until golden brown. Remove from tins, place on baking sheet.  In bowl, combine cooked sausage, cheeses, dressing and red pepper. Fill wontons with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min or until…
