Quick Rolls 2 cups self-rising flour 1 cup milk (see Note) 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sugar What To Do: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients to form a soft dough. Spoon into a sprayed 12-cup muffin pan, distributing evenly. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until rolls are golden.

I find they're more functional if you divide the dough into SIX parts (instead of 3) and make 2 braided loaves, and place in bread loaf pans. Then they bake UP more instead of out. ♥
