devonshire cream 3 oz of cream cheese, softened 3 Tbsp granulated sugar a pinch of salt 1 cup whipping cream Cream the cream cheese, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks form. Chill before serving.
