Each row is a different stitch and color. Good way to use up left over yarn from other projects.

Yo-yo pattern, free from Priscilla Hewitt. Each yo-yo is only 2 rounds of DC, about 2" across - perfect for using up scraps. Now I know what to do with all those tiny balls of yarn!!

Woven-square scrap afghan, by Tami of A Simple Country Gal. She gives good basic general instructions of how she made this starting with crocheting short strips, which is a great way to use up odd small scraps. I think the blue edging, joining, border give a nice unifying effect to the mosaic of colorful scraps. It reminds me of a quilt. . . . . ღTrish W ~ http://www.pinterest.com/trishw/ . . . . #crochet #blanket #throw
