He laced his fingers in my hair and placed a hand on my waist. "When will I see you again?" He asked me, his eyes dark. The train whistled behind me and I knew I had to go, but my body wouldn't listen. I wanted these seconds to last an eternity. "As soon as I can," I promised as he looked behind me. "You should go," he sighed. "These days are going to kill me, you know?" He smiled and I laughed. "What are you going to do without me?" I joked and he bent for a quick kiss. "Be safe."
