Self-compassion has so many benefits one of the most prominent is the effect it has on my mental health. I also find that through self-compassion I can be more loving and compassionate towards others and most of all I can be true to myself.
I am too self-critical: Nothing FEELS ever good enough! Mirror exercise: Stoke my arm, put my hands in my heart, look into MY eyes, loving me. And say: "You are wonderful! I love you!" and then "Let me accept myself as I am"
