Fractures, Feet and Crocks, Oh my!

The pain I live with... Sesamoid bones! Its why I started doing bikram yoga.. check out my blog about the removal of my sesamoid

The sesamoid bones are accessed through an incision on the side of the foot. #sesamoiditis

In the foot - the first metatarsal bone usually has two sesamoid bones at its connection to the big toe (both within the tendon of flexor hallucis brevis).[2] In some people, only a single sesamoid is found on the first MCP. I have 3 on one foot two on the other.
