Medium size bag of small shrimp. Fry in butter for 5-10 minutes, add seasoning of your choice (I prefer creole). While that's cooking, prepare turkey or hamburger meat with any seasonings you want. Once it's done, dump it all into a big pot with 2 cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilli's. Add about half a block of Velveeta cheese, stir it all together and simmer for 10 minutes, no more than 30. Very simple and delicious.
Seafood Rotel Dip 1 lb. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage 1 lb. Shrimp, peeled & cut in half 1 lb. Crawfish Tails, rinsed 1/4 lb. Crab Meat 4 cans Rotel Tomatoes 1 (32 oz.) block Velveeta Cheese 1 stick butter In a skillet melt butter. Add shrimp and cook for 10 minutes. Drain butter. In a medium size pot, fry sausage until done and crumbly. Add Rotel and cook on a low fire. Add cheese and heat until cheese is completely melted. Add the seafood and cook for 15 min serve w/tortilla chips
