Medium size bag of small shrimp. Fry in butter for 5-10 minutes, add seasoning of your choice (I prefer creole). While that's cooking, prepare turkey or hamburger meat with any seasonings you want. Once it's done, dump it all into a big pot with 2 cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilli's. Add about half a block of Velveeta cheese, stir it all together and simmer for 10 minutes, no more than 30. Very simple and delicious.
Seafood Rotel Dip 1 lb. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage 1 lb. Shrimp, peeled & cut in half 1 lb. Crawfish Tails, rinsed 1/4 lb. Crab Meat 4 cans Rotel Tomatoes 1 (32 oz.) block Velveeta Cheese 1 stick butter In a skillet melt butter. Add shrimp and cook for 10 minutes. Drain butter. In a medium size pot, fry sausage until done and crumbly. Add Rotel and cook on a low fire. Add cheese and heat until cheese is completely melted. Add the seafood and cook for 15 min serve w/tortilla chips
SHRIMP AND GROUND TURKEY NACHOS 1 pound shrimp with tail off 1 pound ground turkey 1 block of VELVETA cheese 1 Can of hot rotel 1 can cream of chicken Seasonings Goya,creole season,garlic powder Cook shrimp and turkey ground beef with the seasonings once finish drain return to heat. Place VELVETA and rotel cream of chicken in skillet or pot cook everything until melted serve with your choice of chips enjoy #nachos #shrimp #groundturkey
