"I've shucked a lot of corn."............ That was the comment that was on this pin. Perfectly reasonable. The reason I pinned this comment to THIS board? Freakin' Steppenwolf and a mental aberration that picked up on "I've..a..lot..of" and just filled in the blanks wrong.
How to never shuck corn again: Get out your corn on the cob and place it in your microwave. Cook the corn on full power for 5 minutes. Remove the corn from the microwave using oven mitts and cut about 1 inch off the bottom. Hold the corn up from the opposite and it will easily slide out completely clean.
This is the best way to cook corn and not have to shuck it. If you haven't seen this short video, you've got to watch it! What a time saver. I've been passing it on for years and everyone says, I can't believe it, it really works!
