Tea Smoked Duck
Do you know how to cook perfectly crispy duck breast? The secret method in this recipe is amazing! The duck breast is cooked sous vide, then seared on the skin side. That way it is perfectly tender but also very crispy. Smoked with tea and served with steamed Asian greens and a delicious orange sauce, this is the perfect dinner for a fine dining experience at home.
