Side Lunges (let your chest come down over your knee, push thru heel) 8 Reps ea Leg -  2. Sumo Pulses (really tuck those hips under) 10 Reps - - 3. Curtsy to Side Lunge (Push thru heel) 8 Reps ea Leg - - 4....
