The Caldercraft Sir Kay Minesweeper a model boat kit of one of eight vessels named after the Knights of the Round Table and which were to be known as the Round Table Class of minesweeper. This boat was based on a well proven hull design of a trawler 'The Star of Orkney' built by Hall Russell of Aberdeen and given the pennant no T241. All eight of the Round Table Class minesweepers survived the war and were sold out of service and conserved to conventional steam trawlers.

Caldercraft's Sir Kay Minesweeper 7011 is just one of many radio control model boat kits we stock by names such as Robbe, Graupner, Caldercraft, Bi.

Old Kea Church, Cornwall. St. Kea is one of those Cornish saints to whom several legends attach. He is supposed to have floated over from Ireland on a boulder, landing at Churchtown Creek on the Truro River. In fact it is more probable that he was Cornish born, rose through the church hierarchy to become a bishop, resigning to found a cell here. He is said to have died in Brittany in AD495. Legend also records him as King Arthur's knight Sir Kay.
