Slim your face with this one simple face exercise. Pucker your lips as if you are kissing someone. Keeping your lips pursed, suck in your cheeks to form hollows on both sides of your face. Now try to smile while holding this position. You should feel an intense tension above and around your cheeks. Count till 10 and bring your lips back to normal. Repeat 10 times a day to give your cheek and jaw muscles a good stretch.
I would definitely recommend doing this! I have been off sugar for almost 2 years now and I feel 100x better! Now- that doesn't mean having maybe 2 vanilla wafers, or a small, small treat. However though, do your best to limit the amount of your sugar intake! Instead of having 5 ice creams every week, cut back to only 1 ice cream. :)
