Then I elaborated that a 50 was a lap, and she said, oh I thought that you were talking about 50 LAPS! Then I was thinking to myself there is no way that anyone can swim 50 LAPS in TWO minutes! Omg it was so funny!
WOD: Mile run (9:20 pace) 2 sets of 12 flights of stairs; 1st set sprint/ 2nd set every other step. Circuit training: 3 sets of 4 exercises 25 reps each. Circuit #1: 12LB medicine ball toe touches, med ball abdominal twists, lying leg raises. REST 1 minute. Circuit #2: hip abduction lateral walk with band for 1 minute, 30LB DB deadlifts, plié squats with DB, side leg lifts, each side.
