Grandma's Vintage Recipes 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese 2 cups milk 1 package Jell-O Lemon Instant Pudding 1 8-inch graham cracker crust Soften cream cheese, blend with 1/2 cup of milk. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and the pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater just until well mixed, about 1 minute. (Do not overbeat.) Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top. Chill about an hour.

Cream Cheese Muffins - Low Carb Friends 2 8oz. pks. philadelphia cream cheese 1/2 cup sweetener (I use spenda) 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla Soften cream cheese about 40 seconds in microwave. Add other ingredients. Beat with mixer till smooth. Pour into 12 muffin pans lined with the papers. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
