GLAZED SALMON SUBLIME 1 lb. salmon fillets 4 T. grainy Dijon mustard 2 tsp. soy sauce 4 T. honey Combine mustard, soy sauce and honey. Place fillets on broiler pan covered with foil. Cut slits diagonally in each fillet and cover with glaze. Broil about 3 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes.
