I had the most impactful experience with reflexology, out of all the modalities I learned and experienced on my wellness journey at VSBM. I was a student in the spa therapy course, at Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage and I fell in LOVE with receiving reflexology.
DIY Hot Stone Massage River Rocks or Basalt Rocks--40 min in crockpot on low... prep back with massage oils...then place on back where it hurts...move around if needed....replace with a cool one when the heat is gone.

Sensory Deprivation: Meditation Isolation Chambers aka Flotation Tanks - amazing! At 1st my breathing was fast & my heart was pounding in the darkness. Weightless, the tank eventually seems as big as the universe. You can't tell which direction your body is floating. You can no longer feel your body, it totally "disappears". Nothing is left but your mind, your thoughts... and sometimes "I" would disappear in my thoughts. A separate "I" no longer existed. This was my experience. jc
