Cut small spaghetti squash in half. Put in a dish upside down. add 1/4 c water & cook in microwave for 10 min. (In oven, 350 for 30 min.) While squash is cooking: mix: 1-2 tbsp mayo, 2-3 c. Cottage cheese. 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 tbsp butter, 2 laughing cow cheese wedges, 2-3 tsp. chicken broth. Cook/stir on med/low heat until blended. Add 1/4-1/2 c shredded sharp cheese. Stir until creamy. Scrape squash out & put in 8x8 dish. Pour mix over top, add more cheese. Bake 25 min on 350.
