ISLAND MIMOSA - Fill a champagne flute 1/2 way with champagne or sparkling wine. Add pineapple juice and Malibu Coconut Rum. Top with a dash of grenadine. Drop in 2-3 frozen pineapple chunks to keep drink chilled.

Champagne Punch Bellini ~ 1 bottle champagne, sparkling wine, or prosecco ~ 1/2 cup raspberry sorbet (or your favorite flavor sorbet) ~Fresh raspberries (or your favorite fruit) ~ For each serving: place 1 tablespoon of sorbet in the bottom of a champagne flute. Fill with champagne and top with a fresh berry. Serve immediately.
