I made the Spicy Chicken Rigatoni for dinner last night and it was amazing! Everyone loved it. It was a very inexpensive, quick and easy meal - we had leftovers, even after Stephen had two helpings. Would highly recommend! This link has several recipies that look good - I will definately try more!
Spicy Chicken Rigatoni (5 mins prep time, 20 mins cook time: 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into super thin strips, 1 T minced garlic (about 6 small cloves), 3/4 to 1 T crushed red pepper flakes, salt & pepper, 3-4 T olive oil, 2 C alfredo sauce (see recipe on site), 2 C marinara sauce, 1/2 C peas, 1 lb rigatoni noodles cooked al dente, 2 T butter, and sprinkle of fresh parmesan cheese)
