Cheddars sweet baby carrots recipe (NAILED IT) -- Boil 16 oz baby carrots in salted water in a large saucepan for 15 minutes. Drain and let steam dry for 1-2 minutes. In same pot melt 1/2 cup butter, 3 tbsp honey , and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Add baby carrots and cook on low heat for five minutes. And there you have it. :-D
