9/10. This was delicious and so easy as you prepare early and throw in a slow oven all afternoon. I used one big blade steak so my proportions of liquid was 3/4 cup beef broth with 1/2 cup red wine. Added 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp balsamic and bay leaf. Meat was super tender and very flavourful.
