Crabmeat bake 1 stick butter, garlic cloves 3 or 4, 2-3 pkgs imitation crab meat, 160z sour cream& Parmesan cheese. melt 1/2 stick butter add crushed garlic add crab meat - cook 10 min. turn over meat transfer to casserole dish. melt 1/2 stick butter and add sour cream stir 5min-add to the top of the crab meat in casserole dish then shake parmesan cheese on the top. salt pepper to taste
TEXAS TRASH - 1/2 (14 ounce) box of Rice Chex cereal; 1/2 (14 ounce) box of Corn chex cereal (you could use wheat in place of either of these); 1/2 (1 pound) bag of pretzel sticks;1 (7.5 ounce) bag of Bugles (regular);1 regular can (8.75 ounce) of deluxe mixed nuts; 1 cup of pecans or cashews (or nut of your choice);1-1/2 sticks butter;1 tablespoon Steak Seasoning; 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon garlic powder Preheat oven to 250 degrees. -
HOT FUDGE PIE 1 stick butter, softened 2/3 c truvia 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 Tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 Cup Almond Flour , 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour + 1/2 scoop of Whey Powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in eggs and vanilla . Add cocoa powder, salt and flour and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake 25 minutes until center is set.
THM (S) Buckeyes ~ 1/3 C natural PB, 2/3 C defatted peanut flour, 4 TB butter 4 TB Erythritol/Xylitol with shake of Stevia, 1/8 tsp sea salt, Stir together all ingredients. Roll into balls and put on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Place in fridge to set, and make a batch of skinny chocolate (pg 371 of THM). Dip balls into chocolate. (I do a double dip). Store in fridge, makes 18 balls.
Strawberry Pizza... Crust- Almond flour, about 4 cups, 1 stick butter, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, your choice of plan approved sweetener to taste. (The dough should be the consistency and taste of sugar cookies.) Bake at 350 for 7 min. Filling- 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened, 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla, plan approved sweetener to taste. Whip until creamy. Let crust cool completely, spread filling on top, top with strawberries, ENJOY!
