The Sony DSC RX10 Digital Still Camera looks like a DSLR, works like a DSLR and has optics that are similar to a DSLR. However, the 24-200mm Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* Lens is fixed and cannot be swapped out like a normal DSLR. There are many DSLR users who never buy a second optic. They only use a DSLR because of the superior picture quality and the manual controls that it provides. The Sony DSCRX10 Digital Still Camera is firmly targeted at this segment of users.
