The colon cleanser contains 1 apple, 1 tbsp- flax seed, 1 tbsp- Chia, 1 tbsp- honey and cup of water. Blend all ingredients together and wait until the chia seeds have started expanding. Drink this cleanser (preferably on an empty stomach) and get rid of your toxic waste.
Well, I tried this detox and made it through 2 days before I caved and ate some meat lol The breakfast and lunch smoothies are ok but the dinner one is hard to stomach.. I did feel better and less bloated so I'm sure, if you can stick it out, it works!
