These are great tips! I'm in a stress management class this semester, and I can honesty say that it's by far the best and most interesting class I've ever taken. As simple as some of the strategies are, they truly are life changing when actually applied to everyday life. Plus for someone like me who suffers from cardiovascular and other medical issues, proactively learning to handle stress could potentially save my life someday. It's amazing!
