FRIED MOZZARELLA PEPPERONI STICKS - 12 string cheese; 12 egg roll wrappers; 36 pepperoni slices; Oil; Marinara/Pizza sauce - On wrapper, place 3 pepperoni, then string cheese on top. Fold corners in, then fold bottom up keep rolling til cheese is tightly sealed. Moisten corners w/water to seal. Repeat. In skillet, heat oil to 375 F. Fry sticks, few at a time, for 30-60 secs, each side til brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce.
