Crab Asparagus-Stuffed Tilapia- made this but put the stuffing on top of the fillet. Didn't have wine, so skipped that. Tasted like a crab cake on top. Was delicious and one small fillet was filling. Needed lemon for some acid on top-ks
Crab Stuffed Tilapia:This delish and easy recipe is in the oven now! I didn't have celery so I tossed some green peppers instead. I also used Low Fat Mayonaise and Panko Bread Crumbs. I did not have lump crab so I used imitation crab. Absolutely delicious and easy!
I love this dish I got it off of the T.V years ago and I make it often. I normally use a whitefish of some sort. Tilapia or Flounder are my favorites. I usually serve with rice and steamed vegetable. Its filled with flavor and is pretty easy to make. I could eat the stuffing all by its self. A lot of times I double the stuffing but its up to you what you think.
