I love this dish I got it off of the T.V years ago and I make it often. I normally use a whitefish of some sort. Tilapia or Flounder are my favorites. I usually serve with rice and steamed vegetable. Its filled with flavor and is pretty easy to make. I could eat the stuffing all by its self. A lot of times I double the stuffing but its up to you what you think.
Crab Stuffed Tilapia:This delish and easy recipe is in the oven now! I didn't have celery so I tossed some green peppers instead. I also used Low Fat Mayonaise and Panko Bread Crumbs. I did not have lump crab so I used imitation crab. Absolutely delicious and easy!
This seafood recipe is so easy, all you have to do is mix the cream cheese with the rest of ingredients, put the fish fillets in a baking pan, place the cream cheese mixture on the fish fillets, roll and bake. You can use any kind of white fish for this recipe. I made this recipe with cod fillet and tilapia and both turned out perfect.
