Creamy Sugar Free Egg Nog. Also, Skinny Eggnog from Laurie Hoffmann: 5 cups cold 1% milk, 1 (3/4 oz) package of vanilla instant pudding, 3/4 teaspoon rum extract, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Put all ingredients in blender and then let sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Sprinkle extra nutmeg on top when serving. Makes 5 servings. 175 calories vs 400 calories for regular egg nog
