Taco Lasagna - my notes on the paper copy say this was really good (made it in 2009). Used yellow bell peppers and seasoning and tortillas from a soft taco kit. I also added the taco sauce to the meat.
Taco Casserole — Buns In My Oven I changed a few things, instead of the flour tortillas, I used lasagna pasta, after I cooked the pasta, put the meat mixture down the middle of each one. Then rolled each up, put them in a dish. In a bowl, I mixed enchilada sauce with a can of nacho cheese soup, poured that over the rolled lasagne rolls, sprinkled cheese on top, baked at 350 for 30 minutes.
