Taco Rollups: 2 pkg cream cheese (1/3 less fat), 1/2 cup finely shredded Mexican 4 or Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Seasoning (in the salad dressing aisle). Mix all together and spread evenly onto a medium sized tortilla or wrap. Then roll it up tightly and slowly, so it doesn't tear. Chill the roll-ups for 10-20 minutes uncovered. Slice the chilled roll-ups into one inch slices. | Mad Momma
Mexican Roll Ups Ingredients 1 pkg. Soft taco shells 1 pkg. Cream cheese ½ pkg. Taco seasoning 1½ c. grated cheese 2 tsp. chopped jalapenos small carton of sour cream garlic salt to taste Directions Mix the above ingredients (except the shells) and spread on each soft taco shell. Roll, slice, and refrigerate.
