A taco bar is a great way to feed guests. We always provide a couple different types of meat (ground beef and pulled chicken are the most popular) and loads of veggies and toppings for fabulous tacos and salad. Using white or glass bowls make a beautiful display for fresh ingredients.
For Taco Salad. Make a few them (I'd say one for every six guests) and scatter them over a buffet table with bowls of Monterey Jack cheese, flavoured sour cream (think chipotle, lime and cilantro), tortilla chips, limes, jalapenos, salsa and possibly even tortilla bowls.
